Public Meeting Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public meeting on Tuesday, June 26 at 6:30 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by James Dishington for the removal of 6-8 pine trees close to the house located at 38 Britt Ln (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 203-59).  The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.

   Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
