In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 6:40 p.m. The meeting can be attended at: https://us02web. zoom.us/s/87583649711 or by calling (312)-626-6799 (Webinar ID 875-8364-9711). The purpose is to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) filed by Brian Stanton. The subject property is located at “0” Gratuity Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 216-31).
Copies of the ANRAD are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
