Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 6:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination (RDA) filed Patricia Duke and Jane Danielson for the removal of trees that pose a hazard to the existing house at 16 Ridgewood Trail (Assessor’s Parcel 122-74). The proposed work is located within the 100 foot buffer zone of Knops Pond and the ACEC.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
