Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 13 at 6:40 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 1st Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Shawn Campbell of the Groton Country Club for replacement of approx. 930 feet of irrigation lines at 94 Lovers Lane (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 115-34). The proposed work is located within a vegetated wetland and the ACEC.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
