Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by Charles Todd for the removal of trees as part of the installation of roof-top solar panels 104 Island Pond Road (Assessor’s Parcel 247 – 32 & 34). A portion of the proposed work is located within the 100-foot buffer zone, ACEC, and NHESP Priority Habitat.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
