ConCom Hearing: RDA for Shed, Old Carriage Path

Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 7:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Philip Strykowski for the construction of a shed at 27 Old Carriage Path (Assessor’s Parcel 253-4). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone, the ACEC, and NHESP Priority Habitat.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
