ConCom Hearing on RDA for Removal of 6-8 Trees

Groton Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public meeting on Tuesday, July 10 at 6:30 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2^nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by James Dishington for the removal of 6-8 pine trees close to the house located at 38 Britt Ln (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 203-59).  The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.

   Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
