ConCom Hearing: NOI for Patio Repair, Lowell Road

Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Greg Baran and Martina Calnan for the repair of an existing concrete patio at 716 Lowell Road (Assessor’s Parcel 127 - 47). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone, the ACEC, and NHESP Priority Habitat.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
