Groton Conservation Commission

In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public meeting on Tuesday, September 11 at 6:55 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Squannacook Greenways Inc. for the construction of a recreational trail along the MBTA rail corridor between the Townsend – Groton line and the Bertozzi Conservation Area (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 203-19).  The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone, NHESP Priority Habitat, and the ACEC.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
