ConCom Hearing on Land Use Change for Flood Control, Reedy Meadow Estates

Public Hearing Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs “Article 97 Land Disposition Policy” and Article 97 of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a proposed change in land use of approx. 1-acre of conservation land at the Reedy Meadow Estates Conservation Area (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 228-59) as part of the proposed stormwater mitigation plan for Olivia Way, Reedy Meadow Estates Stormwater Permit 2014-12.  

   Copies of the proposed plan are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
