Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 6:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Energy North Inc. for the installation of groundwater monitoring wells at 28 Ridgewood Ave (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 122-73).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
