Public Meeting Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 24 at 6:45 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2^nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Michael and Nazare Tuomi for the construction of a two-car garage addition at 54 Pleasant Street (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 112-15).  

   Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
