Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 7:20 p.m. The meeting can be viewed at: https://www.grotonma.gov/ government/departments/cable-access/live-streaming /. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Sanford Leavenworth for the replacement of two failing sewage disposal systems at 50 & 52 Island Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 122- 94 & 93).
Copies of the NOI are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton. org
