Public Hearing Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 6:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2^nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Cormac & Audrey Bordes for the demolition of an existing barn and the construction of a new stand-alone barn at 135 Mill Street (Assessor’s Parcel 106-25).  The proposed work is located within Riverfront, the wetlands buffer zone, and the ACEC.

   Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
