Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, October 13 2020 at 6:45 p.m. The meeting can be attended athttps://us02web. zoom.us/s/89895233347or by calling (312)-626-6799
(Webinar ID 898 9523 3347). The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by the Groton Trails Committee for the restoration of an existing trail at Whispering Brook Conservation Area (Groton Assessors Map: 247; Parcel 22).
Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation
Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton. org or calling 978-448-1106.
