Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 13 at 6:50 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 1st Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed Patricia Madigan for the construction of a shared driveway on the lot adjacent to 419 Old Ayer Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 221-19). The proposed work is located within an isolated wetland and the ACEC.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
