TOWN OF GROTON

Request for Proposals

The Town of Groton Board of Selectmen requests proposals (RFP) from qualified law firms or individual attorneys for Town Counsel and legal services.  Town Counsel for the Town of Groton is to provide legal advice and counsel to the Board of Selectmen, Town Manager and other Town Departments, Boards and Commissions, on a variety of matters pertaining to all aspects of municipal government. Copies of the request for proposal may be secured at the Office of the Town Manager, Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA  01450, on the Town’s website at www.townofgroton.org or by emailing selectmen@townofgroton.org. All proposals must be received before 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 24, 2018, in the Office of the Town Manager, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450, at which time and place they will be accepted and distributed for review to the Board of Selectmen and Town Manager.
