BOH Hearing on Well Variance

HEARING ON WELL VARIANCE,

149 WHITMAN ROAD

Under the authority granted under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Groton Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 4, 2018, at 8:00 PM in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street (second floor meeting room) to consider the application for the following variance from the Local Well Regulations submitted by FORESITE Engineering dated May 11, 2018, on behalf of Richard Papp:

Reg. 330-6.C A well shall be located a minimum of 50 feet from a property line. Proposed: An offset of 20 feet from side lot line and street sideline is proposed.

The property is located at 149 Whitman Road, Groton.

Copies of the proposed variance request are on file in the Board of Health’s office in Town Hall. 

Any person wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated above, or should send a letter to The Board of Health in time to be read during the hearing.
