Public Hearing Notice
Under the authority granted under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Groton Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 7:00 PM virtually via Zoom to consider the application for the following variances from the Local Well Regulations submitted by Colburn & Grove Custom Construction on behalf of Susan Perrin:
1) Chapter 330, Section 330-6 Well Location
The applicant is requesting a variance to be granted allowing two (2) feet of clearance between the wellhead and the outermost wall of the screened-in porch. The position of the porch with a two (2) foot clearance will not impede the ability to service or access the wellhead.
The property is located at 250 Longley Road.
Copies of the proposed variance request are on file in the Board of Health’s office in Town Hall.
