Off with the Old

The meeting house in colonial days, when the front was in the center, facing the Common, and what is now the front faced what is now Route 40. The building was turned decades later and the front door moved to its current location.

The Old Meeting House, facing out on Minuteman common, is the most important historic  building in Groton.
